Yes, we ship all over the world. A fixed shipping cost of $25 will apply for all orders, no matter how much the quantity is.

We usually ship within 5 business days or less upon ordering. But, this will also depend on the location where the order will be shipped to, and the shipping carrier.

We only use FedEx as our trusted shipping carrier. This is to ensure that you are able to get your order as soon as possible and it reaches you safely.

You can track your order through FedEx's Tracking System. Simply input your Tracking Number, which is given upon checkout, and you will see the updates.

Remember, orders from abroad can come with extra costs. Customs Duties tax is charged by your country on imported items. The amount varies by country and can be a fixed fee or a percentage of your purchase's value. It's hard to predict exactly how much this will be.

Product

We make sure to prepare the orders carefully so that they arrive to you safely and in pristine condition. We reinforce the packaging to make sure they are not damaged in transit.

We do not accept refunds or returns. But, if your product was damaged upon receiving it, we will evaluate the damage to the product, which will take time. If we assess that it was caused by our negligence, we will gladly offer you vouchers for our shop.

It means that we cannot find supply for the card, but keep an eye out in case we do end up finding stock. Please note that it is still a first-come first-served policy for items with limited stocks.
