No Returns of Refunds for Sealed Products

We do not accept any returns or refunds for any sealed products.

Pre-Orders

You can get store credit equivalent to the value you paid for if you pre-order from us, but decide not to push through. However, you will need to inform us at support@japanese-cards.com within seven (7) days upon payment.

Once your order is shipped, we can no longer accept cancellations of pre-orders.
